An Evening with Chef Joery Castel at Arthur’s
2027 Tasting Menus | Five Courses | £70 per person
We are delighted to welcome the talented Chef Joery Castel back to Arthur’s for his exciting new series of 2027 Tasting Menus!
Joery has been hosting five pop-up dining evenings a year at Arthur’s for the past three years, and these intimate events have become firm favourites with our guests.
The Journey – A World of Food
A journey through the world of food, inspired by my travels!
A few words from Chef Joery:
“With this new series of pop-ups, I’d love to take you on a culinary journey through the wonderful world of food.
From discovering different cultures to dining in a wide variety of restaurants, I find inspiration everywhere. I’d love to share how these experiences have influenced and elevated my cooking style.
I may not have visited every country we’ll be exploring, but I’ve drawn inspiration from dining in world-renowned restaurants specialising in these cuisines, discovering new flavours, techniques and ideas along the way.
I hope you’ll join me on this exciting journey!
Passports, mosquito spray and tropical vaccinations are not required – just bring an open mind, a sense of adventure and your own drink!”

What to Expect
Each evening features a carefully created five-course tasting menu, taking inspiration from different countries, cultures and cuisines. The full menu will be announced closer to each event.
One of the highlights of the evening is Joery personally introducing and explaining each dish between courses, sharing the inspiration, ingredients and creativity behind his cooking. It’s a wonderful personal touch that makes the evening particularly special.
