Four course tasting menu by Chef Joery Castel.
Joery has ran several successfully pop ups in Arthur’s and we are delighted to welcome Jorey and his wife Rachel back for their ‘Taste of ’ menus, the actual menu will be posted closer to the event. A popular feature of the evening is when chef comes up to explain your dish between each course, this personal touch adds another layer to the experience!
Joery is best-known locally for the outstanding success of his Boat House Restaurant in Bangor, which became the first restaurant in Northern Ireland to feature in the prestigious Sunday Times TOP 100 UK Restaurants list published 2015.
This honour followed hot on the heels of another major award for The Boat House which won a highly-coveted 3AA Rosettes-one of only four restaurants in Northern Ireland to receive such an accolade. Fans of The Great British menu will also recognise him from series12!
